I purchased the John Deere 435 Zero Turn lawn mower less than a year ago and I'm already upset with the service. Approximately three weeks ago I took my mower to the dealer purchased at to get fixed because the right transmission drive broke.

Thank god it was still under warranty. I figured it would only take a week to fix but they still have it because they can not get the part due to back order. The following week, I asked to get a loaner till my mower is fixed. So back to the dealer I went to pick it up.

I get it home and the right side blade is cutting lower than the other two blades. The dealership stated for me to bring it back to them and they would level the blades so I guess I've got to travel back for them to fix their loaner mower.

I still do not have my mower due to the back order of the parts. I thought John Deere was suppose to be the best but I'm having second thoughts.

Reason of review: Service back ordering parts issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

John Deere is owned by MTD. everything is done as fast as costs allow.

MTD is a large low cost builder of box store ***. They also own Cub wish I knew that before I bought mine.
