Let's see contacts made to JD from me over twelve, calls back two. Issues have not been resolved at all. Perhaps John Deere should hire people that know how to talk to customers. Will JD ever deal with our concerns... I think not, they are only interested in selling garbage and no help at all when it comes to help. Stay away from John Deere. They don't care.
